These stretches help prepare your low back for your golf game. Stretching the hamstrings (back of your leg) helps to release the lower back and create greater range of motion for your swing. Using a golf club, your back remains straight, resulting in a precise stretch of the hamstring area. Holding the turn stretches, helps your body reach a greater range of motion in the swing plane.
