Golf Warmup

What you should do for a warmup? You must prepare your body for the activity it’s about to do! Jogging on the treadmill or riding a stationary bike or elliptical for ten minutes, isn’t going to be a good warmup for golf! Sure, you might raise your core temperature, but it’s doing little to address lumbar spine stability. Activities like these, might raise core temperature, but it’s doing little to address lumbar spine stability.

The Preparation Phase is where we also perform corrective exercises. A Golf Fitness Assessment identifies any functional movement limitations that may be present. Corrective exercises are individually programmed to correct these mobility or movement pattern dysfunctions. How a golfer scores on assessments determines the amount and intensity of the corrective work for their program.

I’ve made it easy for you by creating a series of videos with quick golf game warmups.

You can even do some of these stretches in the golf cart! No excuses here!
